New clients receive one free consultation for a general health check with a nurse or vet. This is an opportunity to visit the practice and meet the team.

The free consult cannot be used for a pet that is currently unwell to receive treatment, or for a second opinion on a condition seen previously by another veterinary practice. These consults will be charged a consultation fee.

In second opinion cases where there is an extensive history to be reviewed a higher consultation fee may apply.
