Katie joined the Petvets team in 2018. She qualified from Edinburgh's Telford college as a registered vet nurse in 2013 and as a certified canine mobility nurse in 2024.
She has a soft spot for all the golden oldies, with a special interest in osteoarthritis.
Her favourite animals are terriers, particularly Jack Russells. She has a crazy Jack Russell puppy at home called Murdo, who keeps her on her toes.
